Nourishing Millets & Legume Curries

  1. To get the most out of the health benefits, we serve each type of millet for two days in a row.
  2.  Every other week, we switch up the menu with either Foxtail or Little Millets.
  3. Similarly, Banyard or Proso Millets make an appearance on the menu on alternating weeks.
  4. Each day, you’ll enjoy a delicious, freshly made legume curry that’s paired perfectly with our millet dishes.
  5. .Included in the price, savor our special gluten-free Bati(when available), a traditional Rajasthani bread made in-house from a blend of Sorghum, Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Amaranth, or buckwheat flour. Note: vegan preparation may be drier as it lacks ghee.
